"Support really missed the mark"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service thinking it would be a simple thing to sort out.
The response I got felt like they didn’t even read what I wrote. I had to explain the same issue again, and even then I just got short replies that didn’t actually fix anything.
It was really frustrating. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, but I do expect someone to actually try to help, or at least apologize when they don’t. Not a good experience for me.

I ordered from suppz.com and the payment part was painless. They had the usual card options, and checkout didn’t feel like some confusing pain-in-the-ass maze.
Everything went through fast, with no stupid errors or making me re-enter the same info a million times. I got my order confirmation right after paying, which was nice.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because I wish they showed a few more wallet or pay-later options. But overall, paying was easy, quick, and didn’t make me want to throw my phone across the room.

I had to return something I ordered from suppz.com, and I mean, it did get sorted out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just felt like the whole thing moved kind of slowly. Support did respond, but not exactly right away, and I kept wondering if I needed to follow up or just wait it out. The refund eventually came through, so that part was fine. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those returns that could’ve been a little smoother and faster.

The items arrived fresh, and I was happy to see the expiration dates were still far out. The only small downside was that the packaging could’ve been a bit neater, but nothing was damaged. Overall, I’m satisfied and would order again.
"Loyalty rewards really aren’t worth the hassle"
I signed up for suppz.com mostly because of the loyalty rewards, but it ended up feeling pointless. I kind of had a feeling these rewards programs usually sound better than they are, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. The points took forever to show up, and when I finally tried to use them, the discount was barely anything. I’m not sure why they make it seem like some big perk. I asked customer service about it too, but they didn’t really explain much or make it any better. Disappointed overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Finally found the brands I needed"
I started using Suppz because, my local store keeps letting me down and never has the brands I actually want. It’s annoying when you waste time looking around and still can’t find basic stuff. Suppz had a much better selection, including a few things I couldn’t get anywhere nearby, and the site was easy enough to browse. Prices seemed fair too, so yeah, I’ll probably order again when I’m running low.

They did eventually fix the issue, but it took way longer than I expected. I felt a bit misled because I thought the help would be quicker and more straightforward. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

My order did show up in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But the updates were slow, and I kept having to check on things myself, which made me wonder if something was going on behind the scenes. Nothing major happened, but the lack of clear communication made me a little suspicious at times. Overall it was okay, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but yeah, this seems like the real deal to me. Everything looked genuine and worked out fine. Then again, I’ve been fooled before, so trust issues are alive and well. But in this case, I’d say it’s legit.

I ordered from suppz.com and the experience was fine overall, but the prices just didn’t feel like much of a deal to me. A few items were already more than I expected, and then this is where it got annoying: shipping added even more on top, which made the total feel harder to justify. Maybe they run good sales sometimes, but at regular price I feel like I can find similar stuff cheaper elsewhere. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not really worth it for me.

My order from Suppz showed up in good shape. The box was clean, sealed well, and nothing inside was smashed or leaking. Basic, but that’s all I was hoping for. Just a heads up though, I’d still check everything right away when it arrives so you can catch any issues early.

The order said it had shipped, but the tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I was kind of confused about where it actually was. Maybe I was just checking it too often because I needed the stuff soon, but it would’ve been nice to have clearer updates. It did show up eventually, and everything was fine, so not a bad experience overall.

I ordered from suppz.com and the delivery took longer than the estimate by a few days, maybe around 3 or 4. The tracking barely updated, so I was basically guessing when it would show up. The products themselves were totally fine, but I’d rather not be left wondering for about a week where my order is.

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I thought the quality was really solid overall. One of the tubs showed up a little clumpy, which made me wonder if it had been sitting around for a bit, but it still worked just fine. Not a big deal for me, and I’m mostly happy with the purchase.

I asked for a refund and it dragged on way longer than it should have. I had to keep chasing them for updates instead of them just handling it properly, which really annoyed me. they made the whole thing a hassle, and I won’t be ordering from them again

I was disappointed with the flavor selection. There weren’t many options to begin with, and the ones I actually wanted were out of stock. I also hate when you have to deal with those automated updates or menus that don’t really help at all. Just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be...

I’ve ordered from suppz.com a few times now, everything has been smooth. I got tracking info quickly, there weren’t any random charges, and the packages showed up with the right stuff inside.
The prices seemed fair too, checkout didn’t give me that shady feeling some supplement sites do. One order showed up a day later than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d order from them again.
